Yichud

If a man, a woman (not his wife), and a child are alone together, what age does the child have to be to rule out yichud?

Shalom -- It depends on the child. The halakhah says that a child becomes a "yichud-breaker" when he or she is old enough to realize what the other people there are doing if they engage in improper sexual activity, but not old enough to have any desire to participate.
