YU President Richard Joel Speaks at Midreshet
This week, Midreshet Moriah was privileged to have YU President Richard Joel address the student body and faculty at Midreshet about the importance and challenges of being a Jewish leader in today's world. President Joel's tremendous accomplishments for the Jewish world on both secular campuses through Hillel and at Yeshiva University are well known, but he is perhaps best known in the Midreshet family as the father of two Midreshet alumnae, Penny and Ariella Joel! Together with the shiurim last week by YU Roshei Yeshiva Rabbi Mordechai Willig and Rabbi Meir Goldwicht, it's been a time of outstanding, inspiring presentations from YU figures.
